The Arab League has issued a strong warning about Israel's ongoing war in Gaza, calling it a major threat to regional peace and security. The statement came after an emergency meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Cairo, chaired by the United Arab Emirates.

During the session, the Arab League urged the international community to act quickly to stop Israel's military operations. Leaders emphasized that the continuous attacks are worsening the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and pushing the region toward greater instability.

Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit, alongside UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini, attended the meeting and highlighted the urgent need for humanitarian support. They noted that the situation in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels, leaving millions of civilians without basic safety, food, or shelter.

Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi delivered a sharp message, accusing Israel of making Gaza uninhabitable. He stressed that the international community cannot remain silent in the face of such destruction.

Safadi further stated that Israel's actions extend beyond Gaza, impacting the occupied West Bank, Syria, and Lebanon. According to him, Israel has shown no limits to its aggression, putting the wider Middle East at risk of more conflict.

The Arab League concluded its meeting by calling for collective diplomatic pressure, international accountability, and immediate humanitarian relief for Palestinians. Officials insisted that without a decisive global response, the cycle of violence and instability will continue to threaten both regional and global security.
