Eid-el-Fitr: Rep. Fuad Kayode Laguda Urges Muslims to Uphold Ramadan's Lessons and Rely on Allah

As Muslims worldwide celebrate this year's Eid-el-Fitr, Hon. Fuad Kayode Laguda (FKL), the Member representing Surulere 1 at the House of Representatives, has called on Muslims to uphold the values of Ramadan while maintaining complete reliance on Allah's guidance.

In his Eid-el-Fitr message, he rejoiced with Muslims in Surulere, Lagos, and across the globe, emphasizing the importance of continuing the spiritual discipline cultivated during Ramadan.

"Eid Mubarak to all Muslims in Surulere, Lagos, and around the world! As we celebrate the end of this year's Ramadan, let us reflect on the lessons learned—patience, perseverance, and submission to Allah's will," he stated.

He urged Muslims to stay committed to their faith beyond Ramadan, saying, "While we mark this joyous occasion, I encourage you all to continue placing your trust in Allah. Let's not forget the promises we made during Ramadan, but instead, strive to sustain our spiritual growth and strengthen our bonds with Allah and our community."

He concluded with prayers for unity and compassion: "May this Eid bring us closer to Allah and to one another. May our hearts be filled with love, kindness, and compassion, always remembering that our strength lies in our faith and submission to Allah's will. Eid Mubarak once again!"
