Iran has announced that it will hold the United States responsible for any military attacks on its peaceful nuclear facilities during future negotiations. This statement follows recent US airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites that occurred on June 22. The attacks, seen as a move aligned with Israel's actions, have further complicated diplomatic talks around Iran's atomic program.

Speaking at a press briefing on Monday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei emphasized that the attacks were a clear violation of international law. He insisted that the United States must take full responsibility for its actions, especially if any future talks about Iran's nuclear program are to move forward.

According to Baqaei, discussions will include demands for compensation from the US government. Iran considers the attacks a form of military aggression against its civilian nuclear sites, which it claims are used for peaceful energy purposes, not for weapons development.

The Iranian official made it clear that Iran has no intention of sitting for direct talks with the United States. When asked about the possibility, he firmly replied, "No," shutting down any speculation about upcoming one-on-one discussions.

Iran has long accused the United States of interfering in its internal affairs and violating its sovereignty. The June 22 strike, according to Iranian leaders, only reinforces the need for international accountability.

As tensions grow in the Middle East, Iran's demand for justice and compensation will likely play a major role in shaping any future diplomatic engagements with world powers.
