But the government is responding with responsibility and balance," he asserted, underlining the seriousness with which the administration approaches national security matters.

The Minister also highlighted Nigeria's pluralistic nature, emphasizing that the nation's strength lies in its diversity. He reaffirmed that the Constitution of Nigeria guarantees freedom of religion and protects every citizen's right to worship without fear or discrimination. This, he noted, is a core value that continues to define Nigeria's democratic identity.
