Despite heavy rain and cold weather, tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian supporters marched peacefully across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge to protest Israel's actions in Gaza and raise their voices for starving Palestinian children. The bridge, one of Australia's most recognized landmarks, was shut down to vehicle traffic as demonstrators gathered in central Sydney before heading north across the span. According to New South Wales police, the protest drew around 90,000 participants, while organizers from the Palestine Action Group claim the turnout reached as high as 300,000.
