Seventeen-year-old Nafisa Abdullah Aminu from Yobe State, Nigeria, has made the country proud by winning the 2025 TeenEagle Global Finals in London, United Kingdom. Nafisa, a brilliant student of Nigerian Tulip International College (NTIC), defeated over 20,000 participants from 69 countries, including native English speakers.

Her success in this global contest, which tested deep English language and communication skills, shows not only her intelligence but also highlights the strength of education in Nigeria. Competing against students from across the world, her victory proves that hard work and strong academic support can lead to global recognition.

According to a family statement shared by Hassan Salifu, head of the Aminu family, Nafisa's success was made possible through her dedication, discipline, and the support she received from both her school and the Yobe State government. Her victory reflects the strong values and learning foundation she received at home and in school.
