In Cairo on Tuesday, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan participated in the Arab League foreign ministers' meeting.

The session focused on enhancing Arab cooperation on the Palestinian issue and other significant concerns. This meeting was notable for the participation of a Turkish foreign minister, a first in 13 years, and included discussions on regional and global developments.

Prince Faisal held talks with Tunisian Foreign Minister Mohamed Nafti regarding bilateral relations and regional topics. He also conferred with Mauritanian Foreign Affairs Minister Salem Ould Merzoug to explore collaborative efforts.

The meeting addressed efforts to bolster the Arab role in resolving the Syrian conflict and to support Somalia in defending its sovereignty.
