Dubai's culinary scene is celebrating a major win! Two of its exceptional establishments, Orfali Bros and Trèsind Studio, have been named among the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, a prestigious global list unveiled on Thursday.

Orfali Bros secured the 37th spot, earning praise for its "genuinely unique dining experience." Led by the three Orfali brothers from Aleppo, Syria, the restaurant masterfully blends traditional Syrian, regional, and European flavors with Asian ingredients, creating a truly uncategorizable menu. It also holds a coveted Michelin star.

Meanwhile, the Indian eatery Trèsind Studio clinched the 27th position on the esteemed list. This establishment boasts three Michelin stars, further solidifying its reputation for culinary excellence.

Chef Himanshu Saini, head chef at Trèsind Studio, expressed his elation, stating this honor is "a celebration of the team, our culture, and the flavors that inspire everything we do." He added that the recognition validates modern Indian cuisine's place on the global stage while honoring its heritage.

Trèsind Studio, located on The Palm Jumeirah, offers a "dramatic experience" with only 20 seats. Its unique tasting menu involves guests relocating to different areas of the restaurant, each designed to complement the dishes served by Chef Saini.

The World's 50 Best Restaurants list is compiled annually by William Reed Business Media, based on the votes of over 1,000 international restaurant industry experts, including chefs and food writers. Dubai's double inclusion underscores its growing prominence in the global fine dining landscape.
