The Prophet ﷺ said: "The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both." (Muslim). This hadith emphasizes the importance of combining strong faith with physical and mental strength.

A strong believer uses their energy, intellect, and health to serve Islam, protect others, and fulfill obligations. Physical strength allows one to stand in long prayers, fast with discipline, and contribute in battles or community defense when needed. Mental strength helps in decision-making and leadership.

However, strength in Islam is not arrogance; it is responsibility. A strong believer uses their blessings to uplift others, support family, and spread goodness. At the same time, weak believers are not condemned—they are still beloved to Allah, but the strong carry greater potential for service.

Practical tip: As Muslims, we should strive for balanced strength—nurturing faith through worship, training the body with exercise, and sharpening the mind with beneficial knowledge.
Ultimately, strength is a tool that must be used in obedience to Allah, not in disobedience.
