Israeli occupation forces recently stormed the village of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya, situated south of Nablus city. This action marks a significant escalation in the region.

During the operation, forces seized a three-story residential building. This property belongs to the Najib al-Malah family, who are now displaced from their home.

Shockingly, the building was immediately converted into a military barrack. As a symbolic and assertive gesture, the Israeli flag was raised prominently on its roof.

WAFA, a prominent news agency, reported the surrounding deployment of occupation forces around the seized building. This indicates a planned and organized takeover.

Furthermore, soldiers established a military checkpoint on the Khallet Zeina road. This road represents the only remaining exit for villagers, creating a highly restrictive environment.

The main entrance and all other side roads leading into the village were also sealed off. This effectively isolates the community, highlighting the severe impact of these recent actions on Palestinian residents.
